STEPHANIE EDWARDS (Owner/Head Coach) - Please feel free to call or email with any questions!! We would love to hear from you!!!      I coach Mini Sizzle, Youth Flare, Senior Inferno and Senior Fire.  I am also available for tumbling, cheer and weight lifting privates.

ELENI VETSOPOULOS (Eleni is a student at UNC-G.  She coaches Senior Blaze, Senior Inferno, and Youth Flare.  She also teaches our recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes.  Eleni is available for privates most any day of  the week.

BROOKS OWEN:  Brooks is a student at UNC-G and is our head tumbling coach.  He also coaches Senior Inferno and Senior Blaze.  Brooks teaches our boys' gymnastics classes as well as other recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes.  He is available for privates most days of the week.

STEPHANIE DUNCAN:  Stephanie coaches the Mini Sizzle team and helps out with other recreational cheer classes.  She is a wonderful leader and we love working with her.

MCKAYLA OWEN:  Mckayla teaches our Gym Bugs, all recreationals gymnastics classes, beginner and basic tumbling classes and our recreational cheer classes.  This is her first year working with us (she has been cheerleading and doing gymnastics for years) and the is an amazing coach!!

PAM BRAXTON (Pam is my wonderful mom and the one that you ALWAYS see at the gym helping out in some way.  If you have any questions, please let her know and she will help you out or get me so that I can!!  PAM IS THE BEST!!!!!)

Directions to new facility:

FROM I/40 (Burlington):

Coming from I/40 (Burlington direction), take exit 147 (Hwy 87).  Make a right at the end of the ramp.  Continue on HWY 87 S until you reach the Southern High School crossroads.  Make a left onto Boywood Rd. (in between 2 service stations).  Go 1 mile and we are located on your right.  You can't miss the new 8,050 sq ft gym!!! 

FROM I/40 (Mebane):

Coming from I/40 (Mebane direction) take exit 147 (HWY 87).  Make a left at the end of the ramp.  Continue on HWY 87 S until you reach the Southern High School crossroads.  Make a left onto Boywood Rd. (in between 2 service stations).  Go 1 mile and we are located on your right.  You can't miss the new 8,050 sq ft gym!!! 

FROM 119:

Take HWY 119 and go until you get to Alexander Wilson.  Go straight at the light until you come to Swep/Sax Rd.  Make a Rt onto Sweps/Sax Rd.  Go until come to Boywood Rd. and make a left.  Go until you pass Southwick Golf Course and we are just ahead on your left!!

FROM Southern High School:

Make a left out of Southern High School or Southern Middle.  Cross over Hwy 87 S and we are 1 mile up on the right on Boywood Rd.
